All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the MAT result 2018 for September exam. The results are available online and students who have appeared for MAT can check and download their MAT 2018 Result for September session with section wise score-card at https://www.aima.in/

Candidates can check their MAT September 2018 result by entering the login details such as Roll Number, Registration Form, and Password. Candidates can get the details regarding MAT Result 2018 in this page.MAT 2018 September Paper-Based Test (PBT) was conducted on September 2, and MAT 2018 September Computer-Based Test (CBT) was conducted on September 15.

Steps to check the AIMA MAT September result 2018:

  • Visit the official website of AIMA - https://www.aima.in
  • Click on the ‘Result’ tab on the homepage
  • You need to Enter Roll Number, Form Number and month of the exam, i.e. MAT 2018 September
  • Click on submit button
  • Your result will be shown on the screen
  • Take a printout of the scorecard

Candidates can also be checked MAT 2018 September result via SMS. The result can be checked on the mobile phone, by typing MATS FORM NO DOB (in DD/MM/YY format) and sending the message to 54242. However, the candidates must check and download their MAT September 2018 Result online. In case the candidates lose the original MAT 2018 Score Card, they can get back it from AIMA by requesting for the duplicate scorecard.

To receive a duplicate scorecard few documents need to be submitted to AIMA. The documents that need to be sent are as follows:-

  • An application stating request of the duplicate scorecard. The application must be written on a plain paper.
  • Photocopy of the lower half of the Admit Card center must be signed by the invigilator Or any of the Govt ID proof.
  • Self-addressed envelope. The size of the envelope should be 24 cms x 12 cms (approx.) The envelope must include:

While calculating the marks, For every correct answer AIMA gives 4 marks and deducts ¼ marks for the incorrect answer. The composite score of a candidate is calculated on the basis of marks scored in the following:

  • Language Comprehension
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Data Analysis & Sufficiency
  • Intelligence & Critical Reasoning 

The scaling range is between 0 and 100. Indian and Global Environment section is scored on a scale of 0 to 100. 

The candidates who clear this exam will be called for a personal interview  (PI)round as well as group discussion (GD) round. MAT is usually conducted four times in a year in February, May, September, and December. The minimum qualification to appear in the test is graduation in any discipline from any recognized university. Final-year students are also eligible to take the test provisionally. 

 Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to select candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School - national or international - can consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates.
