XAT 2023 admit card: How to download

XLRI, Jamshedpur will release the XAT admission card for the 2023 exam on December 20, 2022. Candidates registered for XAT 2023 can download their XAT admit card from the official XLRI website using their XAT ID and password up to January 8, 2023. XAT 2023 exam date is 8th January 2023.

How to download XAT 2023 Admit Card/Hall Ticket?

Candidates can download their XAT 2023 admit card or XAT 2023 hall ticket from the official XAT 2023 website using their XAT login ID and password. Below are the steps to download XAT admit card:

Step 1:- Visit the official website of XAT 2023

Step 2:- Click on the ‘Download admit card’ tab

Step 3:- Enter XAT ID, password and click on submit

Step 4:- Download the admit card

Take two printouts of XAT admit card

Do not download the XAT admit card on mobile phone. Use a laptop or desktop to avoid problem in downloading.

Details that should be mentioned on XAT admit card

Each candidate’s XAT admit card 2023 will contain the following information:

Candidate’s name
Candidate’s photo
Candidate’s roll number
Exam date
Exam time
Exam venue

Errors to check in XAT Admit Card

The following information printed on XAT admit card should not have any mistake:

Name of the candidate: Name should not be incomplete or misspelt
Registration number: Must be the same as in the XAT application form
Date of Birth: Candidate’s date of birth should not be incorrect
PWD/ DA: Status should be same as in the application form
Date of exam: The XAT 2023 exam date should be mentioned correctly
Test city: The test city should be as per your preferred choice, mentioned in the application form

The XAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the examination hall and must be presented for inspection by the invigilator. Candidates not carrying their admit cards will be barred from writing the test. Thus, each candidate is advised not to leave home without two print outs of the XAT admit card.

Important instructions regarding XAT admit card:

After taking out two prints of the admit card, affix your recent pass port size photo in color with preferable white background. The photo must be same as the one uploaded with the XAT 2023 application form.
DO NOT sign the admit card. It has to be signed only in the presence of the invigilator, at the exam centre.
One copy of the XAT admit card has to be submitted to the invigilator and the second copy of the admit card is to be retained by the candidate.
XAT 2023 test takers must remember that watches and gadgets like mobile phone, calculator, iPad, etc. are not allowed inside the premises of the test centres, hence the candidates are advised to not carry any of these.
Carry a secondary ID proof (original and photocopy) along with XAT admit card
Digital admit card is non-admissible
