Things to do before and in an Interview

1.Research about the company you are going to, for the interview. The operations of the company, overview of it and if possible ask an employee working there for some more information.

2. Make an action plan.

3. Research the employer. The person who is offering you the job, not the company but the individual person.

4. Practice interviewing. Refine your interview vogue under lower stakes.

5. Give your interview with enthusiasm.and make sure to bring in a few questions for the interviewer about the company as this indicates that you are truly interested in the job.

6. Avoid consecutive interviews. Do not go for back to back interviews in a day of a week as this will make you tired and you will get used to this and you won't give your interview with good enthusiasm.

7. Come prepared. Tell yourself that you have done your homework and you are perfectly ready for this interview and will do great.

8. Follow up with a thank you. After the interview is finished thank the interviewer for his/her time with a big smile as this leaves a positive impression in their minds.
