The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) conducts the National Eligibility Test (TISSNET) to offer admissions to postgraduate programs across its campuses in Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati, and Hyderabad. Known for its prestigious MA in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, TISSNET is a national-level entrance exam conducted online.
TISSNET evaluates candidates on General Awareness, English Proficiency, and Quantitative Aptitude. Those applying for management-related programs such as MA in HRM or Organization Development, Change, and Leadership must also appear for the TISS Management Aptitude Test (TISSMAT).
To apply for TISSNET, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Final-Year Students: Candidates completing their degree requirements by June of the admission year are also eligible.
Work Experience: For MA in Organization Development, Change, and Leadership, at least 2 years of post-graduation work experience is required.
Age Limit: There is no age restriction for appearing in TISSNET.
